Vinca, LLC has developed these products using the knowledge and experience we have gained by implementing, documenting and auditing ISO Quality Management Systems over the last eight years. Our experience also includes active membership on the US TAG to TC 176, Lead Assessor credentials, and extensive management experience. We are located in Minneapolis, MN and provide our products to countries and industries around the world.

As ISO consultants we have developed tools, documents and techniques that we use to assist our customers with their Quality Management Systems projects.

These products are designed to simplify, streamline and improve the implementation process. Our goal is to always provide clients with a Quality Management System that is effective, easily maintained and leads the organization to continual improvement.

The ISO 22000 Workbook and PowerPoint presentations were written by Lorne Duquette. Lorne Duquette is a retired Quality Assurance Director and has been involved with CESO, a Canadian volunteer service organization in providing assistance to small and medium size companies in third world and developing countries. In a quality assurance role and since 1994, Lorne has had the good fortune of completing 33 overseas assignments with the focus of preparing the enterprises for ISO certification.

The majority of the earlier volunteer work was with the ISO 9001 Quality management system while several dealt with the ISO 14001 Environmental management systems and most recently included the GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 Food safety management systems. The overseas assignments are generally short term in nature, 3 to 6 weeks in duration and therefore quite intense especially while dealing with staff members through interpreters and translators.
