How Long Does it Take?

This course takes 10-15 hours to complete. You may log in and out to complete according to your schedule. The course is self-paced.

Is There a Final Test?

Progress is measured by your completion of the videos and scores on the the exercises. To pass you must score 80% overall on the exercises. If you do not pass, you may retake the course. There is no final test. 

Is there a certificate?

Once you have successfully completed the training, you may download and print your certificate of completion.

Technical Requirements

This course may be accessed through the browser (Internet Explorer not recommended) on your desktop or laptop computer. It does not work on mobile devices. The videos contain audio.

  • The structure of the training sections was easy to follow and very clear. Videos are great introduction to each section and of appropriate length. Different formats of tests and exercises keep student active and involved. End-of-section documents and student notes are useful as a starting point in the standard implementation. A candidate with basic knowledge in HACCP and food safety should have no major issues in implementing this standard after this course.
