This workbook is divided into 5 sections. Each section includes a training PowerPoint to use in meetings with your implementation team. You'll learn how to select your team, what meetings to hold, and you'll have agendas and notes as well as a list of tasks to assign to team members. Included timeline helps you keep on schedule.The 5 sections are:
