About this course

The requirements of SQF are broken into two parts:

  • This course covers Module 2 of the SQF Code. The requirements of SQF listed below are discussed in detail. Learn what they mean to your company and how to comply. You may select either the SQF Level 2 or SQF Level 3 version when you add the course to your shopping cart. Module 2 which addresses the requirements of the Food Safety System (SQF Level 2) or the requirements of the food safety system and the quality system (SQF Level 3).
  • We offer a companion course that explains the requirements of the other part of the SQF Code: SQF Food Safety Fundamentals (facility requirements and hygiene practices such as GMPs) which are specific to different industries. That course will help you understand the requirements specific to your industry.
    We recommend that you take both this Introduction to SQF course along with the SQF Food Safety Fundamentals course to have a complete understanding of the SQF requirements for your industry.
